Shipping policy
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days of receipt. If you need your order faster, we can arrange expedited shipping at an additional cost — just contact us.
- Shipping charges apply to all orders. Rates are calculated at checkout; for freight or oversized items, email us at info@balanceflooring.ca for a shipping quote.
- Free shipping is available only on select products where it is clearly marked on the product page.
- Deliveries to locations without a loading dock are subject to tailgate charges (minimum $45.00), shown as a separate "Tailgate Charge" line on your invoice.
- Please have the necessary equipment ready at the time of delivery for unloading — unloading is the customer's responsibility.
- The carrier is responsible for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt. Title passes to the purchaser upon dispatch from our facility.
