Built for Stratford Perth County homes
Stratford is a city of beautiful old bones — century homes near the Avon, brick Victorians downtown, and farmhouses out in Perth County — plus new subdivisions filling in the edges. What most of them share is flooring that’s done its time: worn carpet, tired laminate, or tile from another decade. The fix that fits almost all of it: rigid waterproof flooring — SPC vinyl, ProTech hybrid, or porcelain tile — that usually floats right over your existing hard floor. No demolition, no weeks of dust.
For households that run at full speed, our Balance ProTech™ hybrid is 3× more scratch-resistant than standard vinyl, PVC-free, and 100% waterproof at $2.99/sq ft — with a 35-year residential warranty.
Real prices, no games
Cash-and-carry means one everyday price for everyone — Stratford, North York, or anywhere in Ontario, the price on the site is the price at the counter.
