At Balance Flooring Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • All returns must be completed in-store. We do not provide or cover return shipping.

  • Products must be in their original condition. 

  • Installation materials such as grout, mortar, adhesives, and other consumables cannot be returned due to potential damage from climate or improper storage.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns of non-defective items.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 business days.
