At Balance Flooring Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

All returns must be completed in-store. We do not provide or cover return shipping.

Products must be in their original condition.

Installation materials such as grout, mortar, adhesives, and other consumables cannot be returned due to potential damage from climate or improper storage.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns of non-defective items.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 business days.
