Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
All returns must be completed in-store. We do not provide or cover return shipping.
Products should ideally be in their original condition. Returns are accepted for items with minor packaging damage, as long as the product is not wet, dirty, or otherwise compromised.
Installation materials such as grout, mortar, adhesives, and other consumables cannot be returned due to potential damage from climate or improper storage.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 business days.
