At BALANCE & GLOBAL TRADE Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. All returns must be completed in-store. While products should ideally be in their original condition, we may accept slightly used items, depending on the product type and condition at the time of return. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items. Exchanges are available, subject to product availability.
Returns are accepted in-store only. BALANCE & GLOBAL TRADE Inc. does not provide or cover return shipping services, and customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 business days.
