Refund Policy
The BALANCE & GLOBAL TRADE Inc. must authorize all returns with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns sent to The BALANCE & GLOBAL TRADE Inc. without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Any unauthorized shipments sent collect will have the freight charges applied to your current account.
A minimum restocking charge of 15% will be deducted for handling.
All overdue accounts will be subject to a hold on any new purchase orders until unpaid account balances are cleared in full.
Overdue accounts will be charged 2% interest per month (24% per annum) - Returns on full orders & in original packaging will accepted within 7 days from invoice date. 20% Restocking fee will be applicable on all returns.
Material that was delivered to a job-site will not be eligible for return.
Final sale on all setting materials, sale items, discounted items, and end lots.
Any additional shipping charges that may occur during delivery or return process is at the customer's expense.
No claims will be accepted for shading variation and/or material defects after installation.
